The Brutalist architecture, particularly that of the main headquarters of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, has been a reference point throughout different stages of my life, from childhood to my personal and professional development. Its exposed concrete architecture and regular volumes form part of our urban identity and evoke the structural magnitude and color palette of the 1970s.
 
Through my proposal, I abstractly capture the imposing scale of this building on a sheet of metal, encapsulating my physical experience and using a color palette drawn from the 1970s. I seek to challenge perception by deconstructing its structure and transforming the chromatic language of that era, thus exploring the local architectural legacy and its influence on the shaping of our society.
